Wade
Wade is a board-certified protection professional, with over 20 years of experience across firefighting, emergency medicine, emergency management, law enforcement, and corporate security. He has responded to countless "everyday emergencies," such as heart attacks, fires, and car crashes; investigated and interviewed terrorists, robbers, and drug dealers; and coordinated the protection of everything from a nuclear facility to New Year's Eve in Times Square. Wade and his family are also no stranger to natural disasters, having endured Hurricanes Floyd to Florence in Wilmington, Superstorm Sandy in New York City, and blizzards and tornadoes to boot.

Gatlin
Gatlin is a former law enforcement officer - a highly-trained SWAT operator and skilled investigator who has experience as an EMT, has been cross-trained in emergency management, and is a licensed boat captain. His skills and experience proved to be an invaluable contribution to the response during Hurricane Florence. With his degrees in psychology and criminal justice, he has also developed a unique understanding of the criminal element's motives and intentions - a necessary perspective when it comes to security preparedness. A lifelong learner, Gatlin is also currently pursuing his MBA. He has proven to be the consummate public safety professional and an invaluable asset to the SAFEhouse Consulting Group.

Morgan
Morgan is the epitome of a motivating manager and the catalyst for creating SAFEhouse Consulting Group. She has an unwavering commitment to excellence and a keen eye for the details. Morgan has a degree in Communication Studies and professional experience in real estate, publishing, and finance. Having navigated the challenges of Superstorm Sandy with a one-month-old premature baby, she has a special appreciation for the benefit of preparing for natural disasters.
